BRUCE WHITNEY, Composer/Musical Director/Keyboards
Bruce has composed 16 scores over ten seasons with Harlequin, including: King John, The Misanthrope, The Winter's Tale, The Tempest, Cyrano de Bergerac, Long Day's Journey Into Night, Henry V, Cymbeline, Waiting for Godot, Dracula,The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Dracula, Orphans, Hamlet, and two complete musicals: The Incredible Undersea Trial of Joseph P. Lawnboy and A Rock 'n' Roll Twelfth Night. He has also musically directed numerous shows, including A ROCK 'N' ROLL TWELFTH NIGHT, STARDUST FOR EMILY JEAN, TAPESTRY and STARDUST SERENADE. Growing up with classical music, spending years playing rock'n'roll, he is a "musician/composer-for-life" in spite of degrees in more sensible professions from MIT and TESC.

RICK JARVELA, Bass
Rick has played classical and jazz string bass and blues and rock electric bass in the Puget Sound area since 1978. He has played with Tacoma Symphony, Olympia Symphony, Olympia Chamber Orchestra, Sweatband, Mood Swing, Size 3 and The Hot Five. His Harlequin credits include PUMP BOYS & DINETTES, PIPPIN, ASSASSINS, A ROCK 'N' ROLL TWELFTH NIGHT, THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD and the last eight STARDUST shows.

CRAIG FOSTER, Keyboards, Saxophone, Guitar
Craig began studying classical piano at the age of five, but his musical horizons were vastly expanded when a college buddy introduced him to the electric guitar. He moved to Boston to study at the School of Contemporary Music and found professional work playing jazz in a coffee house in Harvard Square. He is a veteran of ROCK 'N' ROLL TWELFTH NIGHT's Sgt. Pepper Band, and also played for Harlequin's production of TAPESTRY. Craig loves all kinds of music and plays blues, rock 'n' roll, country, classical, jazz and boogie-woogie, on a variety of instruments, as often as possible. He also has a law degree, holds several fascinating patents, and can substantially improve your golf game faster than you can say "One, two three, Fore!".

DAVID BROYLES, Guitar
David is a self-taught axeman who revels in a wide variety of styles and has become a permanent fixture in the Olympia music scene. Harlequin shows include PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES, PIPPIN, ASSASSINS, FOREVER STARDUST, SWINGTIME STARDUST, STARDUST FOR EMILY JEAN and TAPESTRY. He plays regularly and often with jazz, rock, blues and funk bands.

JIM JENKINS, Drums
Jim was a jock who needed a new outlet for his energy after graduating from high school, so he started pounding on drums while he listened to records. That got old, so he began looking for musicians to play with instead, which led him through a wide variety of bands, commercials and Elvis impersonators. He played with Tommy Johnston of the Doobie Brothers and with Jack Williams in The Willies. His Harlequin credits include the 1999 production of A ROCK 'N' ROLL TWELFTH NIGHT and TAPESTRY.
